We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Marketing to join our San Francisco based team. The Senior Manager, Product Marketing will have the opportunity to build out product marketing programs from scratch that have a direct and measurable impact on the sales & business development conversion funnel.


The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting product and data use case messaging with the Product, Customer Success and Business Development teams and communicate them clearly to external and internal customers. He/she will be responsible for the outbound marketing activities for Inscape’s products. He/she will develop sales enablement tools, material and initiatives that support the selling process of our products, including case studies, competitive information fact sheets, product collateral, FAQs, client-specific material as well as articulating and communicating the value proposition of Inscape’s products.



The Senior Manager, Product Marketing will:

  • Enable Business Development, Sales and Customer Success to effectively tell the stories of our products. Develop sales-related tools and presentations including sales collateral sheets, brochures, product demos), client CRM (client newsletters, extranets), and ad research. 
  • Partner with Business Development, Sales, Product Management and Engineering to determine the key benefits and differentiators of Inscape’s data products. 
  • Develop messaging platforms by segment and industry that can be used across all customer-facing collateral and sales training. 
  • Build and maintain library of Business Development/Sales tools, including presentations, one-sheets, template media plans. 
  • Ownership of Inscape’s website messaging and related updates.
  • Manage the execution of marketing projects from inception to reporting, including outlining roles and responsibilities for other teams and adhering to integrated timelines to ensure alignment across the team. 
  • Identify changing customer needs and new opportunities within existing market segments. Work with teams cross-functionally to ensure insights are integrated in product-development roadmaps. Ensure strong competitive positions of Inscape’s changing and evolving environment. 


Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in a Product Marketing role, preferably within the B2B and advertising industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in the digital advertising and high tech industries.
  • Must be a self-starter, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Appreciates the challenge of translating highly technical product offerings and concepts for a wide variety of audiences, elucidating the “why”, not just the “what”.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to tell stories rather than just presenting information.
  • Demonstrated experience developing clear, effective sales enablement materials and crafting compelling narratives for customers.
  • Creative problem-solver who digs into root causes analytically, instead of relying on intuition.
  • Project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Expertise with PowerPoint, Word and visual design tools (i.e. Photoshop).
