We are currently seeking a Manager, Customer Success to be based in New York City.

 

 

The Manager, Customer Success will help ensure the success of our ACR services and data customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring delivery of data products, managing inbound customer questions and supporting the Customer Success team with the overall success of the customer relationship.

 

The Manager, Customer Success will:

 

  • Track contractual commitments, accounting and deliverables to ensure all parties are within compliance and scope
  • Develop deliverables for both signed and potential customers to help them quickly and completely understand our products and workflows
  • Work closely with Product and Sales teams to develop sales materials that enable greater adoption of our products and services. 
  • Maintain a prioritized list of both internal and external feature requests to allow the Customer Success team to scale and regularly communicate those needs with Product and Engineering teams
  • Ensure our customers are fully satisfied with our product and feel well taken care of.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • 3-4 years of experience in account management or product management working with highly technical internal and external systems.
  • A high sense of urgency for customer responsiveness paired with the technical skills to meet those needs.
  • Genuine desire to understand customer businesses, develop strong relationships, and represent the Inscape brand.
  • High degree of technical skill paired with the ability to distill complex problems into simple, actionable solutions for customers and internal stakeholders.  
  • Ability to thrive and invent structure in a constantly evolving, amorphous environment.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Database familiarity including SQL, Redshift, Oracle, Tableau
  • Strong knowledge of Powerpoint, Excel, Salesforce, and Visio
