VIZIO is looking for a Senior Manager, Compensation and Benefits to join our HR team at our Irvine, CA headquarters. This is an amazing opportunity to join a team of HR professionals with a continuous focus on providing an enhanced employee experience in an ever-growing, fast-paced environment.

 

As a part of the Human Resources team, the Senior Manager, Compensation and Benefits will be responsible for designing and managing VIZIO’s Compensation, Equity and Benefits programs. The position will operate at both the strategic and tactical levels to assess and anticipate organizational needs, recommend solutions, and deliver results. This position will be reporting directly into the Vice President of Human Resources.

 

About You:

  • You have minimum 7 years of progressive growth and experience in managing equity plans for a publicly traded company
  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree; Area of study: Human resources, Economics and/or Finance
  • You are proficient in technologies of MS Office Suite with advanced Excel knowledge
  • You have strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, and critical thinking
  • You have strong project management, organizational and execution skills
  • You have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • You are a team player and have the ability to build strong working relationships
  • CPP or CEP Certification Preferred
  • Bonus: You have prior experience in SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, iCIMS and UltiPro systems

What You Will Do:

  • Design and build a compensation philosophy and framework that aligns to VIZIO’s job families and career progressions including grade levels, salary bands and compensation ranges
  • Administer equity plans, including processing RSU and option grants, vests, exercises, cancellations, terminations, and ESPP enrollment
  • Manage company insider trading policy including auditing trades by senior executives and supporting electronic filing of SEC forms and filings.
  • Partner with Sales and FP&A leadership to design, model and track performance against sales incentive programs
  • Ensure programs in place to attract, retain, motivate and reward employees while ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Lead the activities related to the benefits, well-being and leave administration such as medical, dental, vision, life, disability, COBRA, LOA, wellness program and other employee benefit offerings
  • Manage the annual benefits open enrollment process to ensure all milestones/goals are met
  • Manage the annual compensation process to include salary planning, merit budget, adjustments and promotions
  • Manage the job evaluation process, identifying the appropriate FLSA classification
  • Participate in the annual Radford salary survey and determine other resources to gather benchmark salary data
