About the team:

The Ad Operations Intern will play a key role in supporting the campaign integrations across Video and Homescreen placements. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone interested in learning the operational side of digital media. This position helps support the team with the efficient and timely execution of assets across various ad technologies. This individual will have a passion for technology, process and will be closely aligned with other ad ops team members and cross-functional groups. As part of a rapidly-growing, fast-paced environment, this position requires keen communication skills with strong attention to detail.

 

Ad Operations are involved in all aspects of the campaign integration, from asset implementation, testing (Black-Box), and troubleshooting.

 

What you will do:

  • Utilize third-party and proprietary ad technologies to implement campaigns across Video and Homescreen placements.
  • Develop an understanding of technology platforms to integrate and troubleshoot campaigns.
  • Tag generation, implementation, and quality assurance.
  • Analyzing inventory performance and providing optimization recommendations.
  • Support team with reporting and data pulls.
  • Frequent monitoring and reporting of campaign status to key stakeholders.
  • Support extended ad operations team with QA, overall communication, and process flow.
  • QA advertiser creatives for functionality and diagnose any technical issues.
  • Support ad hoc inquires as they come up.

 

Experience/Qualifications

  • You have a minimum education level of a High School Diploma and currently pursuing a bachelor's degree.
  • An analytical mind who is able to pick up MS Excel (intermediate) for reporting inventory performance.
  • Resourceful and find creative solutions to various challenges.
  • A strong sense of urgency without impacting the quality of work.
  • Willingness to learn and flexible to change.
  • Strong desire for collaboration, creative brainstorms, and proactive team engagement.
  • Analytical, project management, deadline-driven, and process-oriented personality.
  • Entrepreneurial drive, comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
